【The Muppets Interview - Phone Hacking Scandal】
Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and director James Bobin talk at a press conference in London for The Muppets after the film's UK premiere. The film marks a triumphant return to the big screen for Jim Henson's beloved puppet creations. Kermit and Miss Piggy talk about the recent phone hacking scandal that has sensationally gripped the British media. Responding to the issue of whether or not as global superstars they have ever been victims of such abuse themselves. In their latest adventure the Muppets find their beloved Muppet Theatre at risk from greedy oil tycoon Tex Richman. With a little help from some new friends, they have no choice but to stage a spectacular comeback show to raise the money in time to save their home. The film stars everyone's favourite characters including Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, Animal, Gonzo and Fozzie Bear. The film also introduces the newest Muppet Walter and a host of human stars.
